A: Yes, but they vary by building and change throughout the year according to market conditions.

Do you accept housing vouchers, section 8 etc. 
A: No, we do not participate in any assistance programs at any of our properties.
Q: Do you
allow pets? 
A: One cat only is allowed in some of our twinhomes and our senior building, with a non-refundable
$300 pet fee. Pets are not allowed at any of the other properties.

Is there an application fee? 
A: Yes, there is a $30 application fee, which includes a credit report and background check, for
each adult. A married couple with the same last name is only charged one $30.00 fee. If an out
of state background check is required, there will be an additional fee of $15 per adult.

How much is your security deposit? 
A: Security deposits vary depending on the size of the unit and location of the property. They
range in price from $300 to $600. Please call the rental agent for the exact amount on a particular
unit.

What utilities are included in rent? 
A: Heat, water, and trash removal are included in the apartment buildings. Water and trash removal
are included in the townhomes.
Q:
What are your criteria for approval? 
A: We do a credit check, a criminal background check, employment and rental verifications. Verified
income needs to be approximately 3 times the amount of rent. Our decision is made with all four
criteria in mind.

Do you have occupancy limits? 
A: Yes, please call the rental agent for the specific numbers for each type unit.
Q:
Do I need to sign a year lease? 
A: Generally, yes. Occasionally we accept a six or nine month lease, depending on the time of
year. We do not start new tenants on monthly leases. Specials are only offered with a one year
lease.
Q:
Can we decorate the apartment? 
A: Small nails may be used to hang pictures etc., but tenants may not paint, wallpaper, or make
structural changes without the written consent of the property managers.
